At Commodore we believe that it is important to be a good neighbor, and we strive to have a positive effect on our community. Here are just a few examples of recent activities that we have organized to help make this part of the world a better place to live.

Breast Cancer Walk

Each fall, Commodore employees organize and participate in our annual cancer walk. 100% of the proceeds are donated to the American Cancer Society to further their research in the fight against cancer.

Commodore Cup

For the last five years, we have sponsored this event, which pits two local high school basketball rivals against each other while raising over $15,000 for two local food cupboards.

Fire Department Training

We provide access to our dry hydrant system for local volunteer fire departments, which allows them to train personnel and test equipment.

Attending this event serves two main goals; educating our community on sustainability and demonstrating some of the career opportunities available in engineering and manufacturing.
